In July 2017, Peace River Hydro Partners began the batching of the concrete material used for Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) as part of the RCC Buttress concrete works. As of August 29, 2019, PRHP is very proud to confirm we have placed over 1,000,000 m3 of RCC thanks to a combined effort from all departments, bringing the job completion over 60%. Congratulations to the RCC team and all of the teams who helped make this major achievement possible!

Dawn’s remarkable career has taken a winding path through various construction projects and led her to join PRHP in early 2016. Since then, Dawn has cemented herself as a critical part of our team and pays it forward by offering her knowledge and experience during the onboarding process for operators joining the team. Her rockstar performance secured her nomination for a feature in the local news media. CJDC-TV’s Sarita Patel was onsite with Dawn to chat about her experiences on the project.
